100th YEARS

THE NATIONAL RESURGENCE REPUBLIC of INDONESIA

(May 20, 1908 – May 20, 2008)

The National resurgence was the pillar of the history in uniting and developing the spirit of nationalism, as well as delivering Indonesia to the Independence gate of Republic Of Indonesia, that was built on the complexity of the ethnic group, the religion, the culture and the tradition.

We as the nation child was very important to develop the grouping, related and national awareness in the frame “Bhinneka Tunggal Ika”.

Through the celebration of a 100 years The National Resurgence Day age, Obor Nusantara Foundation, by as the social organization with the main manager the President of Republic Indonesia, will hold the activity of OBOR NUSANTARA (Indonesia Archipelago Torch) that activity was preceeded on May 20, 2008, at 00,00; with lighted eternal fire on the end east Indonesia, that is in the Yapen island, Merauke – West Irian and on the end west Indonesia, that is in the Weh island, Sabang – Aceh Nanggroe Darussalam, that was previous will be brought in a manner the relay race went through 33 provinces in Indonesia towards the capital of the Republic of Indonesia, Jakarta, that afterwards the east torch and the west torch will be fire in the OBOR NUSANTARA (Indonesia Archipelago Torch) in the yard of the Nasional Monument that came directly face to face with the Merdeka Palace on August 17, 2008 at 09.00, that will be on continued forever.

While this OBOR NUSANTARA (Indonesia Archipelago Torch) activity took place, also will be accompanied by various social activities in along with this torch trip towards Jakarta,

1. The national and local dialogue that afterwards will be made the book and the visualization with the title of the “People’s Spoke and Their Hope’s”, to afterwards be handed over to Republic of Indonesia President during celebration of the independence day, on August 17 2008.
2. Mass medical treatment free for the poor people.
3. Health conselling with topic latest in respectively the area.
4. Planting of the tree.
5. The improvement of sanitation and environmental sanitation.
6. The training of skills, and
7. Many more.

It was final that said, not tusks that not the crack, we requested the blessing as well as forgave me for all the mistakes that were carried out by us in holding this idea, as well as us hoped it is hoped the implementation of this activity could go and give results as well as output that was best for the beloved nation, Indonesia.
