Uptil now my patients was patients who had been treated in the hospital or were treated in the house with the personal handling that definitely with the unmedical or the unparamedic human resources.

So as apart from the main illness that is the fracture, must have been accompanied with the chronic wound. Whether because late the handling or wrong the handling, definitely with various reasons. As a result, the handling cost of this patient to jumped, in fact most of my patients from the poor circle and the old age circle.

So as to force me to look for the very effective method, good from the aspect of the medical action but also giving of the medicine, that definitely must have an impact to the low cost but maximal results.

Together with passing of time as well as the demand that immediately must be done, then various trials and the simple research were carried out by me to find the aim that was wanted by the patient as the sufferer but also I as a medical doctor who became their prop despite as their last choice.

At this time I carried out the technique that was simplest from various sorts of the available wound of the maintenance technique, that is necrotomi only with local anaesthesia and nothing use antiseptic fluid (example: betadine, iodine, etc) only use NaCl fluid for washing the wound and giving of the special bandage the wound, antibiotic injection or oral (while being deemed necessary in order to prevents the further infection and or the secondary infection), analgesic and AINS.

Results, very pleasing, almost 99% chronic injured succeeded in being handled, definitely with all the values not all that and his added value, this method could be accepted by my patients, so as this method still I used in the place of my practice and must have been I must be still developing this method in order to gets better results and the relative cost cheaper.

The special bandage the wound that was used by me in this technique, took the form of the pocket contained the bio-natural material that function could absorb pus, improved the circulation of air and encouraged the growth of the cell, but the price is still relative expensive even more cheaper than treatment at hospital and can reduced and minimalize of the use and side-effect of drugs.
